Can the company see who opened the link?
Some company setups record which links people click in Teams or Slack. Nobody can see what was written, or whether anything was sent. For extra peace of mind, people can open the link on their own phone, or scan the QR code on the wall.
Can I see who sent a message?
No, not unless they choose to tell you. No name or email is needed, and if they leave an email you still never see it.
