Hear from the shoppers who say nothing
Most unhappy shoppers do not complain.
They just shop somewhere else next time.
A suggestion box at the counter gives them an easy, private way to tell you first.
The problem
A quiet till does not mean happy customers. Most people with a bad experience never mention it to the shop.
The shopper who could not find their size, or gave up in the queue, walks out without a word.
It needs a pen, a slip and courage, and the notes rarely reach the person who could act on them.
Where to put it
"What would make us better?"
A QR code that opens your suggestion box on any phone. No app, no account.
"Did you find what you were looking for?"
One tap on a face. The people who leave without buying finally tell you why.
"What should we stock next?"
Customers suggest products and vote. You see demand before you order.
Start in three steps
- Claim your free suggestion box and print the poster or counter card.
- Put the QR code at the counter, on receipts and by the door.
- Read and reply. Customers hear back on their private link, or by email if they left one.
Questions

Can we run one box per shop?
Yes. On the Business plan each shop can have its own box and QR code, and its messages can go to that shop's manager.
Is it a review site?
