Can it work across several sites?
Yes. On the Business plan each site can have its own box, and messages can go to the right manager.
Can employees give anonymous feedback about their manager?
Yes. They write it without a name, and you never learn who wrote it. On the Business plan, make it a private box: only the people you choose, such as the owner or HR, can read it. Managers on your team cannot open its messages or change it.
