Hear from members before they cancel
Most members who are unhappy never tell the front desk.
They stop coming, and then they cancel.
A QR code on the wall gives them a private way to tell you first.
The problem
A broken machine, a crowded class or a dirty locker room is rarely reported. It shows up later as a cancellation.
Long member surveys sent by email get ignored. One question, asked on the spot, gets answered.
A comment about one instructor or one location gets lost in a general inbox.
Where to put it
"What should we fix or improve?"
Members scan a QR code on the wall and tell you about a broken machine or a dirty shower while they are still there.
"How was your class today?"
Five faces and an optional note. Give each class or instructor its own box and see who is slipping.
"Which classes should we add?"
Members suggest classes and opening hours and vote on them.
Start in three steps
- Claim your free suggestion box and print the posters it comes with.
- Put the QR code at the front desk, in the locker rooms and on the equipment.
- Reply quickly, and fix what you can before the member decides to cancel.
