Questions
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. Paste the faces into your Shopify order email, and choose Shopify in the dashboard so each link carries the order number. Any other email tool works too.
Can one order answer more than once?
No. Each order number can answer once, so one customer cannot skew your results.
Will a tap in the email count as an answer by itself?
No. Email security scanners open links automatically, so the customer confirms with one more tap. Your numbers stay clean.
What does it cost?
Your suggestion box, its link, QR code and posters, and reading and replying are free, always. The Business plan, $19 a month per business, adds smiley boxes, ideas boards, your team and your brand.
