Event feedback before people leave
The feedback survey arrives a day later, when nobody remembers the details.
Most people never open it.
Ask one question on the last slide, and get the answer while they are still in the room.
The problem
By the time a follow-up email arrives, attendees have moved on, and few of them answer it.
Ten questions at the end of a long day get skipped. One question gets answered.
When people have to give their name, they say it was great, even when the room was too cold to think.
Where to put it
"How was today?"
Five faces, one tap and an optional note. Give each event or session its own box and compare them.
"Anything we should fix for next time?"
A QR code for anything people want to tell you, with no name required.
"What should we cover next time?"
Attendees suggest topics and speakers and vote on each other's ideas.
Start in three steps
- Claim your free suggestion box. On the Business plan, add a smiley box for each event.
- Put the QR code on your last slide, your handouts and the exit.
- Read the answers that evening, and reply to anyone who left a problem.
Questions
